I graduated from Jilin University, China, in 2014 with a B.S. degree on Biological Pharmacy. In the same year I joined the Dalton lab in University of Georgia, majoring in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. My project is to view the metabolite profiles in naïve and primed stem cells and find evidence for the long-standing point that metabolites regulate gene expression. Also, part of my project would be looking at how c-Myc influences metabolic fluxes and whether it can regulate cell state transition.
