My research project is focused on changes in cell surface glycosylation as pluripotent stem cells differentiate to defined lineages. Specifically, I am interested in the regulation and expression of the glycan polymer polysialic acid and its impact on cell fate decisions.  Prior to joining the Dalton lab, I attended Eastern Michigan University and graduated in 2009 with a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry.
